Through authentic wood-fired sauna, cold water and time, we create simple moments to slow down, reconnect and reset.

Hosted in unique locations, every Reset Co. experience is welcoming, relaxed and open to everyone - All you need to do is turn up.

Your First Reset

There's no right or wrong way to reset. Move between heat, cold and rest at your own pace, listen to your body and enjoy the experience.
